| 摘 要： | 探讨了知识工作机制和Blog作为一种快捷易用的知识管理和服务工具对知识工作过程的支持，在此基础上，详细分析了Blog中知识共享机制与知识创新机制，最后提出了基于Blog的知识服务实现框架，并对运行机理进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the mechnism of knowledge service and the support of blog,being an effective tool for knowledge management and service,to knowledge service process.Based on the above discussion,it gives a detailed analysis of the knowledge sharing mechanism and knowledge innovation mechanism of blog.Finally,the paper proposes a blog-based knowledge service framework and gives an analysis of its operating mechanism. |
