我国现行农业补贴政策存在的问题与解决对策

自2004年全面实施农业补贴政策以来，我国的农业现代化水平得到了全面促进和提高。然而，农业补贴政策的实施不但增加了财政负担，在实施中也存在着不少问题，与WTO规则也有诸多不适应性。解决这些问题，必须从长远规划着手，对农业补贴政策进行适当调整和改革。“较大幅度增加农业补贴”，是当前解决这一问题的原则。然而，不容忽视的问题是，农业投入品补贴应沿着逐渐减少直至取消的方向进行改革。
