| 摘 要： | 实施质量立校战略必须树立正确的现代高等教育的质量观，认真处理好品牌特色与全面发展、内涵建设和外延扩张以及教学与科研的关系；要重点抓好专业、师资队伍、课程与教材以及实践教学环节等方面的建设与改革。对实施质量立校战略的制度保证和途径进行了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to foster a correct thinking on teaching quality of the modern higher education to implement the strategy of developing quality-centered colleges.Therefore,we should properly deal with the relations between specialties and the overall development,between characteristic building and conceptual expansion,and between teaching and scientific research.We should also place great emphasis on the construction and reform of specialties,teaching staff,curriculum and teaching materials,and practice teaching.We have a preliminary discussion about some approaches to safeguard the implementation of such a strategy. |
