| 摘 要： | 中国是全球反倾销措施滥用的最大受害者。美国是对中国使用反倾销手段最多的国家。通过对美国反倾销法律制度的介绍，分析美国反倾销法律制度对我国产生的严重影响，进而为政府和企业提出应对措施，是很有必要的。
