| Abstract: | The Normal University should have the characteristics of the Normal University's student's work.In the course of comprehensive advancing for the establishment of the Normal University,the key subjects are that student's work should ponder deeply how to face the Normal University student's work.This article analyzed the importance of student's work for establishing the Normal University,elaborated the basic characteristics of the Normal University student's work,proposed to develop and expand the Spirit Culture,and make the train of brand mentality of the Normal University particularity student work. |
