| 摘 要： | 介绍独立学院的发展历史、出现的原因以及存在的意义和发展历程。近十年来，独立学院在各种争议和质疑中迅速发展成为一种引入注目的办学模式。文章展示了独立学院与其他高等教育的区别，同时分析了其发展前景和进一步发展策略。

| Abstract: | This paper briefs the past and development of independent colleges until now in China, dealing with the reasons, its existing meaning and why they have come into existence. In the past decade independent col-leges have developed in a remarkable way meanwhile they are questioned by many people. A somewhat de-tailed analysis of the distinctions between other institutions of higher learning and them has been made and the further development strategies are also presented in the paper. |
