| 摘 要： | 论证了公众参与的重要作用,认为政府应当出台政策支持公众参与食品安全规制,提出了完善公众参与食品安全规制的对策,以期能提高消费者在博弈局中的地位,维护消费者的消费权益,实现城市社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The importance of public participation is demonstrated. It is considered that the government should introduce policies to support public participation in food safety regulation. Some strategies are proposed to improve public participation in food safety regulation, thereby enhancing the consumer＇s position in the game board to maintain their consumer interests, to achieve sustainable development of urban society. |
