地理环境与纠纷解决机制的形成——基于滇中一个苗族村落的实证研究

在滇中苗村封闭、隔绝自然环境基础上建立起来的熟人社会中，人与人之间形成了地缘性的亲密和体贴，纠纷类型呈现出与此有关的特点，村民们更多地通过调解等非正式解决纠纷的方式解决纠纷。我们应该从改善当地的基础设施出发，实现更多司法意义上的“国家在场”，让法治的精神和力量在民族地区得到更加充分的实现。

Geographical Environment and the Formation of Dispute Settlement Mechanism --An On - site Study of a Miao Village in Central Yunnan

Living in the acquaintance society in the isolated Miao villages in central Yunnan, people rely on geographical intimacy for interpersonal interaction, and their dispute settlement practice of resorting to informal channels is largely related to this. For this reason, it is desirable that the infrastructure there be improved to ensure increasing ＂presence of the State＂ so that the awareness of rule of law is better perceived and received in regions inhabited by the minority ethnic groups.
