高校思想政治理论课堂教学困境中的环境因素

摘    要:重点分析了高校思想政治理论课教学困境中的环境因素。认为家庭美德和家庭教育的欠缺使大学生难以形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;学校环境中学生的偏见、教师自身素质的差异、教学环节的形式化、教学管理不到位等因素直接影响教学效果;社会上多种价值观的激荡及社会问题的层出不穷等社会环境使思想政治理论教学面临质疑和挑战。指出优化社会、学校、家庭育人环境有助于提高教学的实效性。

Abstract:The environmental factors on plight of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory are selectively analyzed. The lack of family values and family education makes students difficult to form correct worldview, outlook on life and values. The prejudice of students, the difference of teachers' self-quality, the stereotypical form of teaching methods, the ineptitude of school management and other factors in school environment directly affect the effectiveness of teaching. A variety of social values among people and the continuous arise of social problems bring severe challenges to the teaching of ideological and political theory course. The optimization of educational environment of society, school and family helps to improve the teaching effectiveness.
