近代江西职业教育的兴起及其特点

职业教育是以获取从事某种职业和生产劳动所需的知识技能为目的的教育。为振兴江西经济,满足社会对实用型人才的需求,20世纪初,近代江西职业教育逐渐兴起。在40余年的探索发展中,其办学形式、专业设置及课程安排等方面都渐趋成熟,并形成了多样性、灵活性及实用性等诸多特点,奠定了现代江西职业教育的基础,也提供了可资借鉴的经验。

The Upsurge and Characteristics of Modern Career Education

Career education is purposed to obtain certain knowledge and skills which a job needs.It rose in Jiangxi at the beginning of 20th century in order to promote economic development of Jiangxi and satisfy social need for practical talent.In the exploration more than forty years,it became mature in the form of running a school,major establishment and curriculum arrangement with the characteristics of diversity,flexibility and usefulness,which made a foundation for modern career education and provided experiences.
