摘    要:有效的激励机制是提升图书馆真人书资源建设水平的关键因素,图书馆真人书需求具有非物质性、社会性、多样性、可诱导性的特点,鉴于真人书需求是真人书产生志愿服务的出发点,对真人书需求特征的科学分析与激励效果密不可分,提出必须立足于真人需求特征构建真人书激励机制以有效提升图书馆真人书资源建设水平,并通过荣誉激励、信任激励、增权激励、保障激励、差别激励、品牌激励6个方面来构建基于需求特征的图书馆真人书激励机制。

Abstract:An effective motivation mechanism is the key factor to improve library human books construction level. Library human books demands are nonmaterial, social, distinct and inducible. Given the demand is the starting point of human books volunteer service, scientific analysis of demand characteristics and motivation effects are inseparable. It is necessary to construct motivation mechanism based on demand characteristics of human books to improve library human books construction level more effectively. It proposes six countermeasures to construct motivation mechanism of library human books based on demand characteristics, from perspectives of honor motivation, trust motivation, empowerment motivation, security motivation, distinct motivation and brand motivation.
