网络信息生态链供需平衡度测评及教育网站实测研究

指出网络信息生态链供需平衡度受信息的生产、供给和利用三方面的影响。认为供需平衡度是生态化程度的一个子维度。从信息本身、信息传递渠道、信息价值转化、信息供需主体配置和信息外部环境五大要素入手，构建信息生态链供需平衡度的评价指标体系。以“农村中小学现代远程教育资源网”为例，基于层次分析法、问卷调查法和模糊综合评价法对信息生态链供需平衡度进行评价。

Study on Evaluation of Balance of Supply and Demand of Network Information Ecological Chain and Evaluation of an Education Website

The network information ecosystem chain of supply and demand balance is influenced by three aspects: production, supply and utilization. The balance of supply and demand is one dimension of ecological degree. Considering the five elements of the information itself, the information transmission channel, the value of information transformation, the information on the supply and demand of the main configuration and the information of external environment, the paper constructs the index system of the balance of supply and demand of network information ecological chain. Taking the resource network of information distance education in rural primary and secondary schools as an example, this paper evaluates information chain supply and demand balance based on the method of the analytic hierarchy process, questionnaire survey method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
