用户对信息工具的需求及其在嵌入式学科服务中的应用——以中国科学院为例

以英国联合信息系统委员会提出的科研生命周期为基础,分析从提出科学问题、组织研究团队、确定研究课题、开展科学探索到最终产出科技成果全过程可能的科研工具需求,设计"科研软件工具调查问卷"开展用户调研,总结科研人员利用软件工具的现状、特点和存在的问题.围绕信息知识环境构建、科研工具素质教育、文献与数据的甄别与获取、科研信息工具推介、课题动态监测定制、工具平台共建共享、工具资源订购推荐、开放工具数据库资源建设等服务,构建基于工具应用的嵌入式学科服务体系,提出图书馆在拓展学科服务模式和服务策略方面的新举措.

User Requirements Analysis and Application on Embedded Subject Services of Information Tools: A case Study in Chinese Academy of Sciences

Based on the research lifecycle model of the Joint Information Systems Committee,the paper analyzes the possible research tools throughout the whole process from making ideas,team building,proposal writing,and science researching to researching outputs.This paper designs the researching tool questionnaire for user surveys,summarizing the current situation,characteristics and issues of tool use.Around the subject librarian services of constructing the information and knowledge environment,information literacy education of researching tools,screening and acquisition of literature and data,researching tools recommendation,subject alerts,tools sharing platform,tool resources recommendation,and open tool database building,building the embedded subject service system based on tools application,this paper put forward new measures of expanding the library subject service modes and strategies.
