| 摘 要： | 建立一支高素质的图书馆队伍,是现代图书馆建设和持续发展的必然要求,提高图书馆员的综合素质必须实施继续教育。本文根据图书馆工作的实际,阐述对馆员综合素质的要求与继续教育的内容,并提出了继续教育的途径和措施。
