| 摘 要： | 当前篮球运动防守战术的防守重点从防区域、防人到防球标志着防守战术的不断进步。综合多变防守有两种基本的防守形式，一是混合运用的形式，盯人联防相互渗透，盯中有联，联中有盯；二是在不同的防守区域里变化运用几种不同的防守形式。篮球运动员要树立灵活多变的防守思想，掌握综合多变的防守战术，提高我国篮球运动水平。

| Abstract: | It marks the constant progress in basketball defense theory that the focal point in the guarding tactics in the basket-ball sports has shifted from area-guarding,person-guarding to ball-guarding.The comprehensive and varied guarding has got two basic guarding forms;one is the mixed forms of guarding,e.i.tailing and joint defense infiltrate into each other,jointly guarding while tailing and tailing while jointly guarding;The other is:various applications of several different guarding forms in different guarded areas.To raise the level of basket-ball sports in our country,basket-ball players should acquire a flexible and varied thought of defense and master comprehensive and varied tactics of defense. |
