| 摘 要： | 生命科学的迅猛发展，一方面使人类获得了无限的自我认识和自我改造的可能性，另一方面，生命科学的发展势必受人类社会伦理和法律规范的制约。科学研究和伦理道德乃至社会法律之间应该存在某种内在的关联。因此，伦理和法律如何应对生命科学中涌现出的种种问题，是当今生命科学发展的中心议题。

| Abstract: | The speedy researches of the life science seem to enable human beings to achieve the access to self-recognition and self-improvement.However,the researches regarding the natural law and human evolution will inevitably give rise to the restriction of the established ethic and legal norms. Therefore,it is necessary that we harmonize the life science researches with the more appropriate ethic and legal norms. |
