| 摘 要： | 提出高科技企业技术联盟的概念、根据高科技企业的特点阐述了高科技企业联盟动机，针对当前技术联盟成功率低的状况提出了技术联盟的管理步骤和方法，并创新性地采用定量分析法计算联盟各节点位置的有利性，提供选择联盟位置的有效方法。

| Abstract: | In this article author brings forward concept and types of techno-alliance of high-tech enterprises, and expounds its motivations based on characteristics of high-tech enterprises. The paper also puts forward management approaches and stepsto deal with low success of alliance, especially uses initially quantitative analysis to measure the advantage of each node of alliance, which supplies an applied approach to choose alliance site. |
