| 摘 要： | 近几年高等学校的腐败现象呈现高发势头，如何有效地遏制高校的腐败现象，笔者认为，应该以教育为基础，法制为保障，监督为关键，不断地创新体制，铲除滋生腐败的土壤和条件，推进高校党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的深入开展。

| Abstract: | The acts of corruption in the institutions of higher education have greatly increased in recent years.It is necessary to take education as the base,legal system as the safeguard and supervision as the key as well as innovate new systems continuously to eradicate the soil and conditions that generate corruption,to improve the Party's work style and build a clean and honest government,and to combat corruption in the institutions of higher education. |
