| 摘 要： | 本文通过对导致日本《每日新闻》陷入经营危机的分析———石油危机下报纸价格比拚、“纯血性”资本结构与派别斗争、无责任借债、销售战略失误、多元化经营等 ,以及对其重建方式———新旧公司分离、少额多数分散性股东、缩减业务范围、压缩开支和减员等的梳理 ,为中国报业提供了可资借鉴的启示。
