| 摘 要： | 岳阳市共拥有地、县级公共图书馆7所。近年来，办馆条件不断改善，管理水平和业务水平不断提高，但也普遍存在经费不足、人才短缺和管理、服务观念陈旧等问题，必须在发展中逐步解决。
