| 摘 要： | 声乐学生在舞台上演出时 ,经常出现心理紧张 ,这种现象 ,我们称之为“怯场”。它可使歌唱者的积极性受到严重的打击。“怯场”的原因是多方面的 ,有心理因素 ,也有其它因素。声乐教师应从心理、舞台训练、歌唱技巧等几个方面帮助学生解决上台“怯场”的问题

| Abstract: | Vocal students are often nervous on the stage. We called it "stage fright". It m akes the singers' enthusiasm seriously bitten. There are many reasons about sta ge fright, for example as mentality factor. Vocal teachers should help students relieve it from mentality, training them how to behave on the stage and how to m aster the singing skills. |
