| 摘 要： | 警体教师的素质水平,对于警体专业教学乃至公安教育事业的发展,其重要性是不言而喻的。在提高警本教师综合素质的过程中,培养他们的研究和探索精神,强化科研意识,提高科研能力,是深化警体教学改革,优化教学过程,提高教学质量的重要保证。本文在探讨科研素质与教师综合素质关系的基础上,提出警体教师科研能力培养的具体措施。
