高校愿景班级建设中的过程管理模式初探

摘    要:愿景班级建设运用愿景的上升力与团队合力,能够有效提升大学生协同发展与持续超越的意识和能力。愿景班级建设涵盖愿景设计、行动规划、过程管理和激励、总结和改进、新的愿景设计等重要环节。文章从建立高度认同的共同愿景、建设强有力的班级愿景执行团队、完善科学的激励强化机制三方面,着重探讨高校愿景班级建设的过程管理,以更加有效地发挥愿景导向、班级合力、协同学习以及持续超越作用。

Preliminary Study of the Management Mode of Class Vision Construction

Abstract:Class vision employs advantageously team cooperation,and can effectively promote the students' ability in cooperative development and persistent surpassing. The class vision construction involves vision design,action layout, process management, summing-up, improvement, the new vision design, etc. This essay aims at the process management and encouragement modes within the vision class construction, commenting on the process management from the following three aspects: the construction of highly approved vision, the establishment of capable and cogent execution group, and the perfection of scientific consolidation mechanism, with the goal to bring into effect the vision direction, class cooperation, cooperative study and continual advancement.
