摘    要:有机化学内容多、课时短、学习难度大。搞好有机化学的教学工作,提高教学效果是关键。本文从备课环节、授课环节、课后辅导环节讲解了提高教学效果的方法和策略,为以后的有机化学教学提供一定的依据。

Abstract:Organic Chemistry is difficult to study for students because of many contents and short-time course.hnproving the efficiency of teaching is key part for organic chemistry teaching. It discussed how to catch hold of every detail such as prepare, teach and tutorship in the class and how to use the flexible technique to advance the efficiency of studying. It could provide held for the teaehing of orzanic chemistry.
