摘    要:英语作为交际工具,最主要的功能体现在它的交际性上,而交际的前提是听懂。听是英语学习者普遍认为的学习难点。英语歌曲以其优美的旋律和朗朗上口的发音深受学生喜爱。本文意在探讨如何用英语歌曲这种形式激发学生的学习动机进而提高听力水平。以此来丰富教学形式,弥补教材的单一形式,对学生进行文化渗透与熏陶。

Abstract:As a communicative tool,the basic function of English lies in its communicativeness whose premise is understanding.Students are fond of English song because of its beautiful melody.The essay is meant to discuss on how to stimulate students' learning motivation by means of English songs and improve their listening ability,and to enrich the teaching form as well as to influence students at the aspect of culture.
