高等学校教学调度现状探析

教学调度是为人才培养服务的,在科学管理的同时,要针对学校各种情况做好教学服务工作,确保教学工作顺利进行。在高等学校教学工作中,教务管理担当着重要的角色,而教学调度是教务管理的最基本职能,对高校人才培养效果关系甚重,是人才培养方案能够贯彻落实的必要条件。但是,在不少高等学校,教学调度仍旧是多年前的管理模式,在如今学生人数众多、专业设置复杂的现今状况根本不能胜任,因此,如何提高教学调度管理水平显得尤为重要。

An Inquiry into the Status of College Teaching Scheduling

In college teaching affairs,teaching scheduling plays an important role for it is an insurance for the successful implementation of teaching affairs and it is a basic function of teaching management,which is the necessary condition for the implementation of talent training plan.However,in many colleges,the teaching schedule is still the one used many years ago.In the face of the current status of a large number of students,complex specialty setting,it is not available,therefore,how to improve the teaching management level is very important.
