摘    要:以5-甲基-7-甲氧基异黄酮为先导化合物在浓硫酸中进行磺化,得到其磺化产物:5-甲基-7-甲氧基异黄酮-4’-磺酸钠,极大的改善了水溶性。采用1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析对磺化产物的结构进行了表征,并对磺化条件进行了优化。确定了其磺化反应的最佳实验条件是:5-甲基-7-甲氧基异黄酮与浓硫酸比值(g/mL)为1:6,反应时间为10h,反应温度为100℃。

Abstract:7-methoxy-5-methyl-isoflavone as the leading compound,7-methoxy-5-methyl-isoflavone-4'-sulfonate was synthesized.The solubility of the new compound was increased and the structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and element analysis.The result indicated that the optimal sulfonation reaction conditions are the ratio of 7-methoxy-5-methyl-isoflavone and sulphuric acid=1:6(g/mL),temperature at 100℃,and time 10 hours.
