| 摘 要： | 社会的发展大大提高了对人才质量的要求,只有具备良好的素质和优良专业本领的人才能适应21世纪的新挑战。文章遵循教育成才规律,根据中国加入WTO后对人才的需求,对我国高校教育存在的封闭型、知识型、共性化、一统化问题提出了解决的对策。
