| 摘 要： | 目前脂肪酶活性测定方法主要有平板法、滴定法和比色法,其中比色法又包括铜皂法、微乳液法和对硝基苯酚法.本文对上述方法的精确度,所需实验仪器、试剂及费用,操作方法的难易程度进行系统的比较,并得出各种方法的优缺点及应用范畴.

| Abstract: | At present,the methods to determine lipase activity are mainly flat-panel method,titration and colorimetry,which also includes copper soap colorimetric method,micro-emulsion method and p-nitrophenol method.In this paper,the accuracy of the above methods,the required laboratory instruments,reagents and their costs,difficulty or facility of operation are comparied systematically.The strength and the weaknesses and the application areas of these methods are concluded by seriously analyzed. |
