| 摘 要： | 农村危房改造,是中国共产党适应农村改革发展新形势,顺应亿万农民过上美好生活新期待,已经在农村实施的一项颇受农民欢迎的民生工程、德政工程。它对中国农村社会救助理论和救助制度进行了新的探索,是当今世界农村社会救助理论和救助制度的新亮点。既是解决处于相对弱势的农村困难群体生存的重要之举,更是一项巩固党执政的农村群众基础的重要之策。

| Abstract: | Renovation of dilapidated buildings is a popular policy among farmers in rural areas.It is an successful attempt to explore rural social assistance and rescue system.It is not only a method to solve problems in a relatively disadvantaged groups living in rural areas,but also an important policy in rural areas. |
