民族地区残疾人就业的现状分析与思考——以恩施土家族苗族自治州为例

十一五期间,中国在残疾人保障建设中取得明显的成就,但是在体制建设、服务性保障等方面依然存在不完善的地方。在十二五期间,将加快推进残疾人社会保障和服务体系,使残疾人医疗、康复、教育、就业等基本需求得到制度性保障,促进残疾人的基本生活状况得到改善和全面发展。
