| Abstract: | In the public choice perspective,this paper systematically analyses three distinguished predicaments in Chinese university academic organization decision-making,including rule predicament,vote predicament and power predicament.Tthen three countermeasures are proposed involve innovating the rules and structure of the university academic organization;optimizingthe whole voting process;and keeping balance among academic power,administrative power and democratic power in universities. |
