| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国教育事业取得了长足发展,但基础教育资源短缺、教育投入不足的问题一直存在。本文采用数据包络分析法中的投入主导型模型对全国农村普通小学1997年-2008年的总体效率进行评价,探讨产出相对固定情况下投入量的改进。这种研究不仅可以从整体上把握较长时间段内我国农村普通小学总体资源配置的相对效率变化情况,而且能够对总体投入的冗余率进行计算,为政策改进提供决策依据。
