| 摘 要： | 江泽民集中全党全国人民的智慧,科学地回答了建设有中国特色社会主义实践中遇到的重大问题。本文就江泽民继承发展马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平法治理论;依法治国是当代中国的必然选择;依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略;"三个代表"重要思想是依法治国的指导方针等命题进行法哲学研究。

Jiang Zemin' s legal thought and the country ruled by law |

| Abstract: | Letterpress is a disquisition on legal thought of Jiang Zemin who developed theory of Law Rule on Marxism-Leninism, and Mao Zedong, and Deng Xiaoping, the policy of ruling country by law is necessary choice; and also a basic policy on China today, the important thought of "three representation"is guide to the ruling of the country by law. |
