| Abstract: | The integration of the environmental resources,human capital,technology and IT knowledge in the second project-development in the S & T zone will greatly improve the national strength.It will surely exert influence on the technological innovation and diffusion and the changes in the local industrial structures,which will quite possibly extend the safety scope of economic growth. |
