摘 要: | 用脉冲凝胶电泳(pulsedfieldgelelectrophoresis,PFGE)技术分析了黑僵菌var.majus(Metarhiziumanisopliaevar.majus)核型.得出黑僵菌var.majus至少有7条染色体,其大小在1.1~6.5Mbp之间,3菌株的核型大小为21.9~26.4Mbp.黑僵菌var.majus核型在菌株间存在多型性.

Abstract: | The karyotype of Metarhizium anisopliae var. majus was investigated by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) technique. M.anisopliae var. majus had at least seven chromosomes,whose sizes were ranged from 1.1 to 6.5 megabase pairs (Mbp) and total genome sizes of the three isolates were estimated to be in the range from 21.9 to 26.4 Mbp.Significant differences in the size of each chromosome existed among the isolates of M.anisopliae var. majus . |
