| 摘 要： | 国运兴衰系于教育,教育振兴在于教师。全面推进素质教育,培养全面发展的高素质人才的一个重要举措就是“以德治校”,其关键是以创新的精神加强师德建设,既不只是规定师德是什么,强求教师去做,而是从人本思想出发,重在师德的养成,从而实现“以德治教,以德育人”。

| Abstract: | The key to "running school with ethics" is to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of teachers in the spirit of innovation, i.e. not only to define what professional ethics of teachers is, but to stress fostering of the ethics, thereby to realize "administering education with ethics" and "educating people with ethics". |
