| 摘 要： | 大力发展职业教育已经成为当前教育发展的一个重要主题,职业教育紧密联系市场经济,在人才输出方面有力支持国家产业的进步。与其重要的地位相对的,是职业教育发展的举步维艰。近年来职教界对校企合作的研究热点主要集中于办学方式、在实践中面对的困难,而对于校企合作本身内涵的研究并不多见,从参与校企合作的各方需求进行分析,寻找增强各方参与校企合作办学的动力策略是十分迫切的需求。
