| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养的主要形式,是强化学生应用能力和实践技能的重要途径,可以实现在校生与社会人的缓冲过渡。文章对高职顶岗实习现状进行了分析,并提出提高顶岗实习效果的有效策略。
