高校肺结核学生不住院化疗的体会

对25例患肺结核的高校学生，在全面监督下不住院化疗进行了临床观察总结，其结果：痰菌阴转率100％，病变吸收率100％，说明此种方法可以收到住院化疗的同样效果，值得在高校推广应用。同时，针对高校肺结核发病率不断上升的情况，采取了一些措施，这样对于预防肺结核，控制传染源，降低发病率是十分有益的。

Thought on the Case of College Students Suffering from TB but not Being Hospitalized for chemotherapy

This paper mainly deals with the clinical observation and summary of the case: twenty - five college students suffered from TB but, under full control, were not hospitalized for chemotherapy. As the result, the transformation of sputum is one hundred percent,so is the absorptivity of pathological changes. It proves that this treatment can get the same effect with being hospitalized for chemotherapy and it is worth spreading and applying in colleges. And according to the rising incidence of TB in colleges, the author is enlightened on three points: the first, to devote major efforts to carry out propaganda and education on health; the second, to have a collective and regular examination on college students' lungs; the third, to strengthen medical care for students suffering from TB. Thus,it is very useful in taking precautions against TB,in controlling infectious disease and in dropping incidence of this disease.
