Abstract:Regarding humanity factor as a point of penetration,this article carries out monographic research by putting equal importance for the economic factor of Central Asia market and with its humanity factor. Some original views and suggestion that bring the advantage of humanity factor,such as nationality,population,religion,culture and education have been put forward to give reference. For the westward opening strategy of ILI Autonomous Prefecture and Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
