| 摘 要： | 美国、日本、法国的批发业，在相当程度上代表了北美、亚洲和欧洲乃至世界主要国家批发商业的基本特点和发展趋势。我国的批发业正处在新旧体制交替的过程中，从总体上看，宏观经济的变化、生产商和零售商的直接交易、市场竞争以及零售业各种新业态的出现，在相当程度上都影响着批发商业的未来发展。本从及时更新观念、开展零售支援、实施战略重组、向现代物流中心过渡、建立低费用运行体制等等方面，对我国批发业再造提出了系统的建议。

| Abstract: | To some extent,the wholesale business in America,Japan and France embodies the characters and trend of the wholesale business in developed countries.This paper puts forward a systematic proposal to innovate the wholesale business inChina:torenewideas,tocarryoutcompensatoryretail and strategic reorganization,to set up modern center of commodity circulation and a running system of lower cost. |
