| Abstract: | Adopting the forms of international cooperation is a necessary way for higher vocational education rapid development, which is decided by the history, the situation of higher vocational education development and the unification of international economy. Higher vocational education has the needs and the possibilities to develop international cooperation after entered WTO. The forms of cooperation are increasing and developing well. |
