提高大功率白光LED发光效率技术研究

摘    要:从封装、驱动和散热3方面研究提高大功率LED发光效率的技术,采用远程荧光技术、脉冲驱动技术及单芯片集成半导体制冷技术,可有效提高大功率白光LED的发光效率.在研究国内外提高大功率LED发光效率技术的基础上,针对1W白光LED进行了理论分析,表明单独采用远程荧光技术,光效增加月15%;单独采用大功率白光LED脉冲驱动技术,光效提高约20%;单独采用单芯片集成半导体制冷技术,光效增加约30%;综合采用这3种技术,光效可提高约79%.

Abstract:Luminous efficiency of high power white LED is studied from three perspectives including package, driving and heat radiation. By adopting technologies such as remote phosphor for white LED, pulse driving and single chip integrated semiconductor refrigeration, the luminous efficiency of high power white LED can be effectively improved. Theoretical analysis is made on 1W white LED, and it is pointed out that luminous efficiency can be increased by 15% or so with remote phosphor, 20% or so with pulse driving, 30% or so with single chip integrated semiconductor refrigeration, 79% or so with them all.
