| 摘 要： | 一切为了人而发展,人是发展的目的;为了一切的人而发展,发展要满足最大多数人的利益,实现普遍平等的人权;为了人的一切而发展,人的发展是全方位的,人权建设有经济、政治、文化、社会等多方面的需求。全面落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,必将推动社会主义人权建设,实现人的全面发展和各个阶层、各方面人的发展。

| Abstract: | Everything we do is for people,everything we do is for all people and everything we do is for people's all.We comprehensively put into practice the scientific outlook on development by putting people first and accelerate the building of a harmonious socialist society.It will be promoting all people's equal participation in development and sharing of development results,enhancing the level of people's enjoyment of their economic,political,social and cultural rights.Ours human rights will be continuously improved and developed in all fields. |
