| 摘 要： | 网络课程是进行远程学习的重要学习资源,也是保证远程课程教学质量的基础性条件。分析了网络课程的存在的问题,阐述了网络课程建设的基本要求,提出了基于远程学习的网络课程系统设计的建议。
