| 摘 要： | 学科建设是成人教育发展的基础性工程，最近两年，学科建设受到成人教育理论界的空前重视。强化学科建设，必须准确把握其建设方向，采取有力而得当的推进策略，才能使成人教育学科建设取得事半功倍的理想效果。
