| 摘 要： | “无为而治”是中国传统的管理理念之一，包括道德垂范、制度规范和不做违逆规律的“妄为”三个层面。ERP沙盘模拟课程自创设以来以其操作性强、趣味性强、高度仿真性而受到学生的欢迎。在ERP沙盘模拟教学中应当传承“无为而治”的理念，达到教学目的。

| Abstract: | The concept of ＂govern by doing nothing that is against nature＂ is one of Chinese traditional manage- ment thoughts, including moral example, system standards and non - defying law. ERP sandbox simulation program appeals to students because of its students for its high feasibility, strong interest and highly - degree simulation. The concept of ＂govern by doing nothing that is against nature＂ should be inherited in the teaching to achieve the purpose of teaching. |
