| 摘 要： | 公正、客观的评价教师的教学工作，对于调动教师教学的积极性和创造性具有重要作用。针对目前高校教师教学评价的现状，结合笔者多年从事教师教学评价工作的研究与实践，探索制定一套全面、系统、务实的教师教学评价办法。
