| 摘 要： | 在毛泽东晚年，全党及全国人民盲目崇拜毛泽东达20年之久．参与崇拜的群众规模之大、持续时间之长、破坏作用之大、负面影响之深，世所罕见，教训也极其深刻。探析毛泽东晚年个人崇拜现象形成的原因，有益于改善和加强党的领导，有益于执政观念的根本转变，从而真正达到提高执政党的执政能力与执政水平的目的。

| Abstract: | In MAO Ze-dong's late life,our party and people had adored him for about 20 years.The number of adorers,the lasting time,destruction degree and the negative influence all seldom saw their predecessors in history.The lesson form is also rather deep.It is helpful to analyze the reasons for adoration for strengthening our party's leadership,transforming governing concept and hence improving the reigning ability. |
